Some more natural herb questions

Okay, i have bought MSM, SP, and green tea extract pills. I know that MSM basically speeds up the rate of hair growth (doesnt have any regrowth effects). Saw Palmetto and GT are unproven. Since i have already purchased these pills, and they are good for your overall health i guess im gonna start taking them. However, I have been on the Big 3 together for a few months now. minoxidil- 7 months, Propecia- 3.5, and nizoral 1.5 months. Anyways, I started shedding (nice thick black hairs) around 2.5-3.0 month mark. It seems to be slowing a bit and I dont want to induce another shed by taking SP or the other two. Basically my question is will SP cause a shed?

I don't think so. And I don't think that it is good for your "overall health".
