1st two pics of me standing are from today. Pic with green background from a few months ago with longer hair. Last pic in black polo was from June 2018.
21, noticed crown thinning over a year ago. Noticed more thinning up front today, its creeping forward. Not good. Could be new shampoo from the “hairloss specialist” I visited two weeks ago? probably not. Hairline still stronger than a crackhead tho. Just ordered a derma roller. Have minoxidil ready to go but have been a pussy because I know my shed will be very noticeable. Should I wait it out a few months until I can justifiably wear a hat everyday/go home from school for christmas or should I pull the trigger now? If shed gets too bad might just rock a buzz cut for a few months even tho I have a similar hairline to Khabib Nurmegenov lol. Also don’t even mention finasteride I would rather f*** ugly chicks with a buzz cut than disappoint decent girls with a soft c*** and tits bigger than them (if im still able to spit game with finasteride brain, that is.)
As much as this might piss many of you off, I’m kind of looking forward to one day just buzzing this sh*t off and stop being a self conscious little b**ch like many of us are on this site. Have to find a hot wife first tho as I know my market value will go down with short hair. (My inner little b**ch made me write that last sentence).

It's either you shed from male pattern baldness or minoxidil, that's the way I look at it. You could also use hair fibers until your hair thickens up.

Not sure you look bad on a minoxidil shedding since it only kills weak hair that have very little cosmetic impact and that are supposed to fall in the next 3 months anyway. It's just that it's hard mentally to see an increase in hair fall.
So end of the shedding is your state 3 months later which is not that bad. And you go through several shedding phase while on minoxidil since it synchronizes the fall of a certain part of your hair. And the more you wait, the more you will look bad in those phases.

That being said, people say that minoxidil efficiency drops drastically between 2 and 3 years. So you might delaying the trigger pull to keep a decent coverage on a wider time range.

If i was you i would pull the trigger now. You might not even get a shedding.

I meant you either continue to lose hair from male pattern baldness, or possibly shed hair from minoxidil to possibly gain hair. If shedding is possible either way what sounds like the better option?

Get on Finasteride and be done with it. Easiest and best way to fight Androgenetic Alopecia, antiandrogens are absolutely needed to stop baldness.
