Solution to eyebrow loss

According to Skin Biology, which I was directed to by some mebers on this forum, I came across eyebrow loss section. Well, it suggests lost eyebrow hairs will grow back within two months if one applies folligen cream (I am not sure whether folligen spray will work) along with emu oil on the brow.

i have been losing my eyebrows for the last 5 months , i originally think it was the propecia and duasteride that i discontinued about 2 months ago now i beleive it is a mixture between seborheic dermatitis or alopecia areata , i had cortizone shots in my eyebrow 3 weeks ago and no help. anything you know about this loss and its relation to male pattern baldness i would like to know while i can still save my eyebrows
