I have been wearing hair systems for a few years now. I started with Virtual Reality at a salon and just became tired of the cost. Next, I went to Hair Direct - good stuff and ready-to-wear but, again, kind of spendy. So, found Hairpiece Warehouse. Kay was a joy and VERY helpful. I made my order with rush shipping - first mistake!! My system was promised in 4-5 weeks and took seven. No big deal, just means I need to be more aware as to when I order. But, when my system arrived today, it did not have the scalloped edges I requested and, think, I paid for (at least it was indicated as such on my invoice!!). I prefer the scalloped edges for visibility sake. Any suggestions as to achieve this...pinking shears???
