ok so ive been on the big 3 for the almost 5 years il make five in nov...the first year i had amazing growth and maintenence...then almost a year and half ago i switch to foam up to that point the growth remained...then i a huge shed, probably the biggest one ive had since starting the reg...then i switched back to the liquid and since then i have regrew but not to the level that i had before switching...its been almost 8 month since i switched back and im still expecting it to get better, but i dont know if it will...mostly neear the hairline and crown is where im experiencing the most thinning which i had grown back a few years ago..now can i expect any more regrowth...or is there another method i should be thinking of...if anyone has any advice i would love to hear it...thanks..by the way im 29.
