So Many Different Multi Vitamins: Which One To Take, Is There Any Difference?

Im using finastride and one want to start adding multi vitamins to the regime.
Is there anyreal difference between the different brands or are they just a marketing ploys from different brands that claim there one is the best.
Viviscal for men seems to be in alot of places but its quite expensive.
Any suggestions on which one is good too take?

Most multivitamins are the same. Personally I take walmart brand one a day mens. What I do is google the most important vitamins for hair then check to see if the multivitamin has them all.
