so is topical spironolactone dangerous or not?

I guess topical spironolactone is used in Europe for mild acne. As we know, the two involve the same pathway.

Damn.. it's hard deciding whether I should add topical spironolactone to my regimen. S5 cream seems a bit pricey to me, not sure how long that little container would last using once a night either :/
