I started taking vitamin D a few months ago and have noticed not so much regrowth but some thickening of existing hair.
True, the sun causes your body to make Vitamin D but as you get older it is less efficient.
You have to make sure you use GELCAPS, not tablets, as gelcaps are much readily absorbed.

thanks for the info dude , just a quick question i'm taking the gelcaps right now buttt i cant swallow it lol same effect if i just bit it and chew it ?
