So confused

Im new to these boards and plan on starting on the big 3 for my hairloss. im so confused right now on what is the best shampoo to use on the days not using nizoral shampoo. what is the best to use? also should i use a conditioner at all? please helpas i am very confused.

I use LoReal XY thickening shampoo

yeah any thickening shampoo is good but the best one to use really is nano though it is expensive.yeah always condition after nizoral or it just looks dead brittle. again, the nano condtioners good.
