Yep, you just never know.

I went on and off the drug without any problems whatsoever a number of times within 5 months and then, i tried it again, came off due to minor sides like watery semen and 3 weeks after coming off my body crashed. I could not urinate or sh*t properly, penis went numb, i developed a rash.

I have been a mess due to finasteride for 18 months now

. ED
. 0 sex drive
. Eczema on genitals
. Can't sleep more than two hours
. Brain fog

I lost my GF, my education and i am now clinging on to some sort of happiness so that i can keep my friends and family around.

There was a seminar in Italy on persistent finasteride side effects yesterday and the reuslts for a molecular study are out today.

I don't think it's just hormones - my symptoms feel like the drug did a number on my immune system or something.

check out what I wrote in another thread on how I managed to get back to almost 100% pre-finasteride. It may or may not help you but it's worth a try!

Multispeed - i have been suffering with these side effects for 18 months since i quit the drug. We are talking severe penile changes; colour, sensitivity, shrinkage.

Your recovery within 3 weeks was entirely normal. That used to happen to me when i came off finasteride, but as i just said, the last time i used it i crashed and now have been left with side effects that i never experienced ON the drug.
