i know, i know. i shouldnt be smoking, but i do. im already someone who doesnt get enough blood flow being im animic and smoking does not help that at all...

but has anyone else noticed that they shed more hair/hair becomes thinner the more they smoke? ive been smoking a lot more the last few months and my hair seems to be thinning quicker. im assuming because a lot less blood flow is allowed to flow to the scalp since smoking thins the blood. another reason to stop. anyone notice a difference after they stopped smoking?

it might be correlated, but nobody knows it for sure.

Highly correlated. If you're a smoker, then you should be doing one of two things for you hair:

1.Quit Smoking.

2.Take L-cystine and vitamin B6 everyday along with a good multi-vitamin.
