Small lump... freaked out... anyone else?

Yesterday I noticed a small hard lump inside my "ballsack" (for lack of knowing a better term). It's not on the testicles, just inside the sack sort of on the mix of stuff on the inside (not on the inside wall of the skin... it's just inside on something in there). I'm extremely freaked out now because I've been on Propecia for about a year and I've been experiencing a lot of other bad side effects such as impotence, decreased sex drive, and acne. I don't know that much about medecine but I know lumps near your gonads aren't good. Could the Propecia have caused this? Has anyone else experienced this? Obviously I have to see a doctor right away but if anyone knows what this might be or how it could be related I would really like to know. I'm 22, incidentally.

If it were testicular cancer it would be on the testicle itself. It may be a cyst in the spermatic tubes which happens occasionally. Urologist should check it out though, don't rely on replies here. Its not common for propecia use, no.

i've had a cyst on the surface of a ball (touching it) for about 10 years now. It's never caused me any trouble. As HairLossTalk.com said, have it checked.

Wait a week before you panic. This is fairly common and these "lumps" tend to go away fairly quickly. I have had them in the past, usually after an agressive romp with my lady.
