Small Head = Better Options ? Bullshit ?

Hey there, yesterday I watched a surgery discussion with a doctor and a guy who wants to get a hair transplant. I guess he was close to NW5. The doctor said: "because of your very small head the result will be excellent".

I thought about this as I went to bed, and IHMO a small head also means a fewer total amount of available Grafts.

So why a small head should be a advantage, i can't get the point!?

What is your opinion about it?

It all comes down to density, which is different for everyone. Hard to know what exactly this dr was referring to.

Because the density is better. It's inversely propertional to the volume area of the head.
