Slick vrs Norwood 4+

Who cares if it is the same person or not, the point is simply that shaving it off is the best "look" if one is a Norwood-4 or beyond. These pictures clearly show that the shaven look is the way to go.
I would also like to add that I find it just as acceptable to go to with a #1 length trim as I know alot of men who either would not be comfortable completely shaved or would not want to go through the hassle of bicing their head every couple of days, IMO. i for one am about a Norwood 1.5 and have kept things trimmed low (about #2 to #3) for some time and it has allowed me to worry a bit less about my hair.

You are dead wrong IMO as most women would not think twice about his bald head. In fact there are many women who would prefer it. Men spend so much time judging women by their looks that they cannot appreciate that looks are not as important to women as other attributes.
You can be the best looking dude in the world, but if you have no money, no career and are annoying then many many women will be turned off, however, if you are a women who has no career, no money and are annoying but are smokin hot then guys will battle it out for you.
I know this may sound terrible, but an older women has little to no chance with a really good looking younger dude. However, an older dude who is loaded at least has a chance with a woman who is a lot younger then him.

but how many guys do u see looking like the guy on the right? far more than on the left thats for sure. they usually grow beards etc to compensate or something.

IMO the guy is ugly with or without hair. He looks better without that thin frizzy $#iT but he would look much better with a full head of hair. I dont doubt that this guy still has success but only with the small percentage of women who dont find looks important.

I'm not saying all bald guys look bad, I never said anything like that but the fact is 99% of guys look better with a full head of hair.

All look good despite hairloss, but would look better with a full head of hair. Unfortunatly many Bald/balding guys are not blessed with faces like them.

IMO, a majority of women would do not even really think about baldness when assessing their ideal mate, it would be so far from their mind. They would consider sense of humor, intelligence, morality, career, interests and many other things before baldness.
Seriously, I think you are letting male pattern baldness turn into this giant elephant. I am not saying it doesn't suck and most men would "look" better with a full head of hair, but it is just not as big of a deal as men want to make it out to be. We are all ambushed by vanity and these perfect looking human beings on the TV and in magazines to the point that we start to feel like freaks.
To me, when I realized that male pattern baldness was effecting my self worth, I realized that I had underlying self esteem issues (like most people) because I was making the idiotic conclusion that I was less valuable prospective partner simply because my hair follicles were reducing in size and disappearing. Besides, we have barely any control over our male pattern baldness so you better start accepting your predicament before it takes over and you become a depressed a**h** who no woman would want.
Recently, I have realized that there is far more to a human being then hair. Sure this point of view could be idealistic, but in time men become comfortable with their balding heads because they have become comfortable with themselves.

The majority of women choose one type of guy--a confident guy. Bald is just another hair type. You call it psychology, I call it confidence. I don't get why you treat the bald look as an aberration or negative attribute when it's been a pretty common look since the 90s.

Clearly a huge huge majority of overweight people are overweight because of diet and/or lack of activity. Therefore it is a result of poor habits and poor habits are unattractive because anyone with a poor diet and lack of activity are not going to be as happy and confident because there body is functioning at such a depleted state. Not to mention someone who is not active is boring.
Human beings are attracted to people in shape because it indicates that they are functioning at their peek and therefore are more apt to be successful, confident and happy.
Baldness has absolutely nothing to do with lifestyle, therefor, rationale human beings don't judge baldness as very important. Only vain useless women would care alot about something so trivial as hairloss and I for one am not interested in useless women. Perhaps you are? Seriously though, maybe you are just surrounding yourself with the wrong type of women or your view of the world is too vain to get over your own imperfections. All I can say is even if your point of view is correct, what is the point of dwelling on your hairloss and feeling bad for yourself? That point of view will send you into depression and self loathing which will only make your level of attractiveness far far worse.
If I was to some up in one word what women find attractive, I would agree with blondguy.....CONFIDENCE! Of course, being rich helps as well.

Hairloss is associated with ageing (and ageing = decline in strength,health, verility etc) and that makes it physicly unnatractive on a subconscious level.
Most guys look significantly older without hair just as many guys who maintain good hair look younger than their actual age.
You've got me wrong here I dont sit around all depressed about it like Taug who thinks life cant go on until he has perfect hair. But I do consider it a disadvantage in my life and it has knocked my confidence.
If you dont have natural confidence its hard to build it and often depends on how your life plays out in your adolescence.
Its more frustrating than anything else because its not like its my fault. I've often been in that situation of being the only baldy in the room and you cant help but think why cant I have the same hair as everyone else seems to have.
I'd bet that there are plenty of bald guys who have money and success but are still pissed about their hair.
Ask any pschologist its entirely natural to be self conscious about any physical defect.
