I am 28 with nw2 with diffuse thinning in a nw5a pattern and retrograde on sides.
been on big 3 for about a week now, also using various supplements and castor oil. Also dermastamp twice a week

Just to jot down my initial experiences with the big 3
-itch is much better, entirely gone during a large portion of the day... however night time I still get it although it is a different sort of itch, almost like a hair follicle moves around. I notice it more following rogaine and dermastamping, so I’ve been trying to fool myself that the remaining itch is not the male pattern baldness itch and more of a rogaine regrowth itch... but it’s probably just a more mild male pattern baldness itch
-I now itch in my beard and body hair occasionally... my chest hair especially has also been shedding oddly enough. Don’t know if this is a good or bad sign
-otherwise zero sides at all
-I have a buzz cut and am unable to notice any shedding but I’m guessing I’m probably shedding
Since I still have some itch I’m fairly sure I am still balding and that this may not work... not sure if I’m gonna go further down the rabbit hole and try things like duta and seti if I continue losing ground or do the just shave it bro route. I guess we’ll wait and see!
