Hey guys,

Pretty new here. I am just curious if there is a way we are suppose to sleep to prevent less hairloss? Avoid sleeping on trouble some areas? I know with acne, your suppose to keep your face off the pillow. It gets greasy and can cause acne.

Strange, before my cousin mentioned my hair I had my concerns about medicine and the side effects. I thought I was being paranoid. Before he warned me, I had a pretty ****ed up dream. It was a balding epedemic. Everyone had a costanza tumble weed head of hair, skullets, horrible receeding hair lines or terribly thinning. It was a nightmare.

I realize it was my subconscious mind warning me. It was my projections but they are all really versions of me created by me. The same goes for dreaming about someone being rude or mean. Its typically how you feel toward that person since everything is you no matter how easily we are fooled by the projections in a dream.

I thought I would share. Please share advice on sleeping tips that do not promote hairloss if at all? Thank you everyone.

I imagine so, probably more than stress because it breaks your cycles, people who don't sleep enough their faces get bloated due to water retention, so imagine what lack of sleep can do to your hair. I'm fairly certain it accelerated my hair loss, no one in my family has this pattern, no even my older brother who doesn't have any hair loss, I don't know, very weird things can happen when we're dealing with male pattern baldness and genes skipping generations.

**** I wish I had my grandfather's genes. He had perfect hair into his 90s before passing. I won't stress or lose sleep over it. It was alarming but not the worst thing ever. Circumstances can be unfortunate in life. I found acne very disheartening and upsetting. Maybe in another life we'll get another chance at it. Regardless, I plan to live this to the bitter end and make the most of life.
