Skin fungus can cause hairloss

I am suffering from hair loss on both sides of my head. However I had ringworm which is a fungus infection as well. It is a condition when fungus causes ring type appearance on your skin in some areas like neck and chest. I could never imagine that my hair loss could be related to this fungus but after reading an article on researchcell about hair loss i came to know that skin fungus can cause hair loss.
I started to use antifugus soap and now I have noticed some improvements in my hair. My question is, is there any way i can make the hair regrowth quicker? I have noticed that my hair are coming back now.
