Site shop not processing orders?

Perhaps there is a better place for me to post this and if so I sincerely apologize. However, when I try to checkout with an order I get this message "Your order can not be completed at this time as there is no payment methods available for it." This happens on Chrome and Safari. Is the site processing down or something like that? Was really hoping to get an order in but I don't think it is going to be possible.

I have made an order from this site only once and that went fine, it was 2 years ago though. Maybe try it on Internet Explorer?
