Lets say, somebody is 10,11,13... years old, and he has full head od hair, but the members of his family are bald. So if the kid start using some treatments at this age (not oral things, just put something on the hair), is it possible to keep ALL hair that he has??

Since all treatments he could possibly use should never be used by a 10 year old ... your question is more accurately answered as ..... he can wait until he is sure he is losing his hair ... even if that means waiting until he is 28 years old ... and THEN start treatments, and even THEN he will probably never go bald, depending upon his responsiveness to the treatments.

It is never advised that someone start a hair loss treatment before they begin losing hair. And there is no loss to their chances if they wait until they do begin losing hair.
