Hi All. Quick story on my hair loss journey. NW3 by 16, NW5 by 18, NW7 by 20. Ate an atrocious diet growing up, pretty much only refined carbs and dairy. No meat, basically no vegetables. I do believe I'm a unique case showing an extreme diet can accelerate the progression of hair loss (I no doubt would have lost it anyway at some point).

I'm wondering if the white & red marks on the top of my head are normal from balding or some sign of inflammation? I've somehow never really noticed them before (I'm 32 now) and I just wanted to make sure it's not some other issue. I have a doctors appointment in early January but figured I'd ask here in the meantime
