Signs Of Concern Or Normal Hair Loss?

This is my second post. I tried counting the hairs I was losing per shower and on pillow. The average is 10-12 on pillow when waking up, 8-10 shampoos, 8-10 conditioner, 8-10 brushing. I would say around 45 hairs. I know websites say 100 per day is normal, so I’m not sure if I fall on normal category, as can’t count hairs that might fall without me noticing.

I am posting a picture of me 7 years ago(full face), and one of current. To me it looks the same, I’m using mole mark on hair where M shape starts that can be see on picture. What do you guys think? Normal or cause for concern?

Going by the pics, you don't seem to have any signs of hairloss. 10-12 hair strands on a pillow are alarming tho. But if you are counting all the hairs you lose throughout a day and it comes up to 45,you're probably fine. There's no change or difference bw the 2 pics IMO. No hairloss

The pillow hair loss is weird. Some nights is 6-7 others 10-12. I have a ceiling fan going on all night, so I don't know if the wind has any impact on it.

Naah, wind doesn't have any bearing on that. One shouldn't lose that many hair on a pillow. 5-6 at the maximum, even that would be alarming for some. Have you been noticing this many hair on pillow recently or has it been going for quite some time i.e. 3-4 years??

I never checked before. I've know that I have been losing hair for years in bed as everytime I clean my room I pick up hair from the floor(which thought it was normal daily hair loss). The only reason why I started to check is because I let my hair grow a lot, 3 months without hair cut, and started to notice the long hairs, as one night just decide to check my bed, and saw like 7 hairs. I really never check with short hair before. I cut my hair on the weekend, the person there told me she did not see anything wrong with my hair, but I am still concerned. Maybe it is just me having paranoia.
