Sides Of My Head And Back Is Thinning

Hey guys, I have 18 years old, my sides and back is thinning, this happaned 2 years ago when I start shedding and dermatitis seborheic all over of head and after my sides and back still thinning.

I taking finasteride for like 8 months and I see regrow in my hairline but I don't know if this helping my sides and back

Go see a doctor/dermatologist, bro. Nobody around here is going to know what this is or be able to help you with it. Sides and the back are a mystery.
