Side effects to propecia

just wondered if anyone had had this experience cos it seems a bit weird.

i took (a generic) propecia for about 2 months, had all the expected side effects (complete loss of libido etc) for the first week of taking it. then i had to stop taking it for about 3 months (had some health problems which i thought may have been connected, but turned out not to be). then started taking generic propecia again about a week ago (this one from a different manufacturer) and have had no loss in libido at all. are side effects not always the same each time you use propecia? does this sound normal? or do you think it could be that the ones im taking now are a con?

the brand name of the first one was actually 'finastide' and i bought it from worldexpressrx.com. the second one was called 'finpecia' and was from inhousepharmacy.co.uk
