Shower time question???

So I am about to start a regimen, the one question i have is i see that people are using Nizoral every 2 or 3 days, so what are you guys using to shampoo your hair on the days you don't use Nizoral, is there anything special?

Doesn't matter. Personal preference what shampoo/conditioner you use on non-Nizoral days.
