hello everyone, i always have a difficulty in shampooing my hair.I am too worried about loosing hair while shampooing my hair.Do everyone here use shower while shampooing or just take mugs of water and pour over your head?Some say shower is harmful.
Also tell me how you all guys handle your hair while shampooing and rinsing.I guess most of my hair loss is due to improper shampooing and rinsing.I always have shampoo residues even after rinsing. i use mugs of water to wash my hair.
