Shouldnt Avodart Cause Wrinkles?

Since it eliminates almost all DHT. DHT causes oily skin (1). And oilier skins show wrinkles less. (2)

I am not sure but this sounds reasonable, IMO. The reason why it wasnt reported in any of the trials would be that it'd be very hard to detect. They'd need really long studies, like more than a decade. And then how would the participants know that a wrinkle is because of normal aging or avodart or both? A placebo/control group wouldnt work either, since everyone's aging is normally different. They would have to study identical twins for decades, and even that wouldnt be perfect since there are other environmental factors. Eg: a placebo twin may have a much more stressful job.

What do you think? Maybe Avodart's this possible side effect can be eliminated by using more face/body creams?

i see what your saying..avodart may lead to dry skin, dry skin can cause wrinkles right?

Actually, i thought dry skin caused wrinkles but after some research i found out that it does NOT cause wrinkles. Hence dutasteride cant either. However, dry skin can become slightly cracked/ flaky which can resemble wrinkles. I have really dry skin especially in wintertime and i just use some moisture cream and my skin is extremely smooth. So yeah, if dutasteride seems to dry out your skin just use moisturizers, i use cetaphil moisture cream, works well for me.
