If you're going to lose it you'll lose it anyway, working out wont have any major effect.

This is a question that has come to many people's minds, could be that they might have noticed when the had worked more vigorously. But, the fact remains that there is no effect of the exercise on hair loss. So, you can work out without the fear of you hair loss as it was said by S.A.F that you will loose hair even if you will not work out. I understand your concern as I too felt the same way so tried the other way but has the same results of hair fall.

The perspiration occurring due to work outs may lead to hair loss. So it is advisable to wash the hairs with a good shampoo before the sweat dries.

A healthy lifestyle is always good.

Certain strength exercises to the glutes and upper legs, like squats, does help with more testosterone release.

I am not sure that this will accelerate your hair loss though.
