try this formula if you want grow your hair back within 3 mo

I have been using thicker hair formula on my hair for 4 months now and it has been great as it is working and my hair is growing back ad it is completely safe>> the first time my girlfriend bought it for me i was ver sceptical as i believed there is nothing out there that could help so the formula stayed idle for about two months in my cubpboard untill oe day my girlfriend started using it, i asked why she was using it as she has got long hair and plenty of it,she told it is harmless and that it is good for you even if you are not losing your as it can make your hair thicker stronger and more and give it that extra shine also she said if i am not going to use it she is not going to let it go to waste, so at that moment i tried it and about afer a month of using thicker hair formula i started to feel thicker hair on my head i could see certain parts of my hair growing back, that is when i started to use the product 2 to 3 times a week now coming to my fourth month all my family and friends can see the difference in my hair just by all the comments i am receiving from them because i have had thin hair for many many years and this product really does work for me and i will continue to use it for a few more months and im going to pray to god that it lasts forever.....

From the pictures you are thinning quite a bit.

When your hair is dry, I can see that your crown will stand out.

Try a hair thickening shampoo like L'oreal hair thickening shampoo for men. It is a grey bottle. Good stuff.

As for stopping you losing more hair. I would suggest you wash your hair daily. Allow it to naturally dry. Don't blow dry it.

Cut your hair slightly shorter than usual. Grade 2 on the sides and back, and get it trimmed right down on the top. This is if you can stand this style.

Now, rogaine (minoxidil) will help. You don't actually have to buy this brand and other brands such as kirkland etc can be very cheap. Not everyone reacts well with minoxidil due to the alcohol content. If you suffer from dry skin or eczema alike, you surely won't behave or react welll with this stuff.

Try the foam for the crown as it is easier to apply. This is all up to you. Not everyone sheds though! Some people do and some dont.

Forgot to say, massage your scalp gently when you wash your hair. Alternatively, add nizoral to regime. Don't scratch your scalp. Just gently massage the stuff in, clean off, add again and leave for 20 minutes. Wash off.
You should only really need to do this twice a week. Alternate with other shampoo (thickening shampoo).

Hope things work well for you.

Thanks!!! Should I really leave the nizoral on for twenty minutes? I have read five minutes.

If I do use Rogaine I think I will use the foam. Should I apply everywhere or to the crown and temples. I believe I am diffuse thinning.

I got a haircut 4 days ago. Ill post new pics tonight. It is much shorter.

As you can tell from those pics my left temple is much thinner than my right. I am going to add rogaine to my topical spironolactone regimen. I use nizoral 2% 2-3 times a week and spironolactone once a day on scalp. I have diffuse thinning on my scalp.

How much rogaine should I use to cover my entire scalp? IS 1 ML going to cover it?

Should I use foam? or Dr. Lees 500 or 540?
