I am currently on proscar (1/4) and nizoral but i see that everone else adds another product to their regime and i was considering Tricomin. i will not use Min. because the stuff really really is itchy. i was also thinking folligen as well. What would be a good supplement to my currently regime? something that will make my hair look thicker. Any input would be helpful.

i think tricomin is a ok addition.. at least it can keep your scalp heathly.. other than that, it not my first choice after proscar and nizoral..

i have only use tricomin before.. but my gut feeling is telling me that folligen is better as long as your scalp can take it and the scalp staining issue don't pose too much of a problem to you...

is folligen tuff on the scalp? also would tric and folli cause shedding?

Folligen might sting.

Tricomin is probably the best copper peptide formulation out there. AC Revitalize is really good too, plus it has a nice smell, and Saw Palmetto and Aloe.

I think Tricommin has worked best for me. I'm using AC Revitalize with no problems.

I found rogaine and another generic minoxidil really itchy and unbearable, I have since used xandrox that does not contain the ppg that rogaine does and found it completely fine as regards irritation, minoxidil is a much better stimulant than tricomin is.

You can buy Tricommin and Folligen (as many other copper peptide products) of this site, http://www.hairlosstalk.com, or you can shop around. HairLossTalk.com offers some of the lowest prices I've seen. I personally purchased my AC Revitalize from http://www.drugstore.com, which seems to be the best price for a 6oz bottle of AC Revitalize (like ~$20)

I added tricomin to my regimen a couple of days ago, its way too early to comment on its effectiveness but my scalp sure feels good after applying it, its relatively quick drying too.

tricomin, but your using folligen now???

Ok, lets oversimplify this Tricomin and folligen are both copper peptide based products. I use Tricomin 4-5 days a week, the other 2 I use Nizoral 2%. WHy use both Tricomin and folligen? Use the one that you like the most. You the one that does nt cause any side effects such as itching/redness. Also, use the one that is most manageable. Some have said folligen is messy, others like myself are happy with tricomin because it leaves the hair more manageable to style and it looks very healthy too. Dont overkill! It will cost $$ if you do!

Best!

I dont understand ur rationale. SO you ask about tricomin, buy more folligen...ok no prob u like folligen, but then u order america crew. Why its more copper peptides. Isnt the folligen enough or are you just obsessed and nuts like most are on these forums? I guess you have money to burn.

Lookinggood, i noticed you have been on finasteride for 7 years, would you say that the finasteride is less and less effective, the same, or still going strong? what kind of results are you getting? most people say that the effects of finasteride will decrease after awhile until it is no longer working. would do agree with this statement?

thanks
