It appears that lifting weights causes an increase in testosterone in my body.
Every time i lift weights and eat big i notice my libido increases, i'm more aggressive, greater body hair growth etc
Unfortunately i also notice that my hair seems to shed more.
When i stop going to the gym i notice a decrease in shedding.
Should i stop lifting weights?
