Should I Start Using Finasteride Or Not

Hi everyone,I need an opinion on whether i should or should not use finasteride.I started losing hair as soon as I hit 19(in april).I was using around 70 hairs in the shower and around 2-3 hairs each time i would go trough my hair.Then things got worse and i got dermatitis.I was losing 200 hairs a day,if i would just move my head i would lose 1-2 hairs.Now,I am losing around 25-40 hairs in the shower(i wash my hair every day) and no hairs when i comb it or go trought it.At the end of the week when i look on my pillow and around it I can find around 6-7 hairs and before i could find 40+ of them.I think that ive had a great regrowth with minoxidil(I am using it once a day,at the night and i use about 2,5ml).And i am wondering?Should i start taking finasteride to have even better results or should i only use minoxidil and nizoral?

I just want to add that ive also regrown everything that ive lost in temples,and ill be using microroller soon.I even regrown most of what ive lost on the crown.
