Not now, but maybe in 3-4 months
For the last 7 months I've been pretty consistant.
Month 1-3: Avodart + Finasteride + Nizoral
Month 4-7: Avodart + Finasteride + minoxidil 15 & 5% + Nizoral
I'm losing fewer hairs on a day to day basis, and my blading has slowed, but no reversal has occured.
At month 10 should I add spironolactone to hopefully clear up any remaning DHT that is floating around my scalp serum?
Do you think the effectiveness of spironolactone is worth the hassle of adding it to my regimen?
