Should I start a regimen?

Hello, everyone. I am 28 years old. A few months ago I noticed I could see my scalp when looking in the mirror. It may be that this was the case for a long time, but I had never payed attention to it. This got me wondering about hair loss since it runs in my mother's side (my step brother, my uncles, and my grandfather). On the other side, my father has a full head of hair.

For a long time I have noticed that a few strands of hair are shed (10-20) when I shampoo. I did the 60 second combing test twice, and it came out to about 30 hairs on both times. What has me worried (besides what I see in the mirror) is that the shed hairs come mostly from the top of my head (crown). I have also noticed that some appear to be thinner than others (miniaturization?).

Due to my lack of experience, it is hard for me to assess the stage of thinning, so I am posting a couple of pics to hear your opinion about this and about a possible regimen.

Thanks in advance for your help.

please ignore joe-1991. All medications are potentially dangerous and some people suffer sides, but it is a very small minority. Im using it and had no problems.

hmm. Your pictures dont look like you are too bad, probably in normal light nobody could tell a thing. However what you've written concerns me, that you found miniturized hairs, and thus possibly you should start looking into treatments. Dont worry too much though, your hair looks great at the minute :)
