Im 27 and almost complete bald on top due to male pattern baldness. I shave my head to a 1# guard, should I just quit my regimen or should I roll out the big hitters and really go for it??? If so what would people use? Any advice greatfully received.

I'm not sure what your regimen is, but . . .

"never give up. never surrender".

I honestly do not think that anything you use will work as effectively as it should unless you have revised your diet and lifestyle.

If your bodies health is diminised then you severley reduce your chances of any success with medications (natural or synthetic).

The unknown truth is that many people, although they feel normal, are in much worse shape than they think they are. This does not have to be representative externally by phsyique but rather is relative internally.

The fact that your diet is probably robbing you of essential vitamins, minerals and enzymes does not help your cause.

It is said that diet, nutrition, holds the key to every (or there about) degenerative disease known to man and it is well known that Westerners more than anyone else have employed the use of a diet high in processed sugars and salts (amongst other nasty things) that is detrimental to health.

What compounds the problem even more is that even when we think we are eating healthily, chances are we are STILL in actualality NOT eating HEALTHILY.

...and yes there are reasons why.

Understand the importance of enzymes and defficiencies within enzymes and the kind of problems that this causes for us as human beings and you will begin to connect the dots soon after realising that hair loss like any other disease or ailment is predominately a result of the current way in which we live....

Diet, Lifestyle, Environment = illness and disease, a branch of which is hair loss. One of many things that effect us in day to day life.

"So" made some good comments below. Not to take away from anything he said - but it's also true that there are plenty of healthy, non-smoking, diet-rightous, bald joggers out there.

I'm not making any progress either.

I'm going to add the Double A routine in the fall.

I may be a Norwood 7 someday - but I'm not going down without a fight.

Took 2 years off all hairloss prevention measures - and I went from a NW3 to a 5A.

Never again.

Whats double A ?

I'm still trying to nail down the "exact" recipe and procedure -

but approximately speaking, it's squeezing the contents of one dutasteride capsule into maybe 10ml of 100% pure aloe vera gel and mixing them together in a small cup.

Apply this mixture to your head. wait 1 minute.

Massage vigorously into your scalp for 2 minutes.

Wait 5 - 7 minutes. (??) Not sure if this step is correct.

Shampoo and rinse.

A lot of guys are already into months 2-3 of this - and claiming good and early results.

If any of you Double A ' ers can set me straight on this, I'd appreciate it.

So, do you feel the "Zone Diet" is a healthy one?

Stax, mom my mom and uncle are both on the "Zone Diet", and it has been extremely beneficial to both of them. The good thing about this diet is that it is extremely healthy and tasty, another benefit is that they serve like 7 or so portions a day of food, so your are constantly eating (in moderate amounts).

Me too man. I'm just kinda waiting to see what happens to those using it a little further down the line.
