Should I be worried if Rogaine is NOT making me shed?

Current Regime: Regenpure 3x a week, Rogaine foam 1x at night, S5 Cream 1x at night (just got day cream so I'll be using it 2x now)

Its been a little over 3 weeks (24 days) using Rogaine foam 1x at night and so far I cant see any serious shedding...am I applying it right? I usually just put it on the top/back of my head where its thinning and sort of spread it around the area and also a little bit where my hairline is.

Is Rogaine NOT causing meaning that it isnt working or what

For whatever reason some people experience no shed off minoxidil same with finasteride, but still get regrowth. Just wait it out and see.
