Should I add to regimen?

35 year old male here. I've been using Propecia for around 10 years, as well as Nizoral. I've been using Rogaine for about 1.5 years. I seem to be losing ground with my hair fairly quickly. Is there anything else I can add to my regime? I would rather not take something orally that cannot be prescribed to me, such as dutasteride. Revivogen, spironolactone, anything like that which any of you have experienced success with that you think I should add?

Your advice is GREATLY appreciated.

Yeah I'd think a topical anti androgen would be a good addition to your regimen. I've been successfully maintaining using them with minoxidil. No oral finasterade. I've tried: topical finasteride (only started recently), RU58841, fluridil, topical spironolactone and revivogen. Out of these (I won't include the topical finasteride) I'd rate RU58841 as the most effective. But most likely to cause sides. And revivogen to be the weakest - it also stains my hair and I can still smell it the next day even after washing.
Between fluridil and topical spironolactone I prefer fluridil (even tho it's expensive) because you only need to apply it once per day and it dries fast. Topical spironolactone is required to be applied twice per day and it leaves a noticable residue.
I'd love to try CB-03-01 but it's very expensive and hard to find.

RU58841 would be your final attack on hair loss, anything else would be a waste of time and money imho
