I am on two of the big three and considering using dr lee's minoxidil soon. Reading all that I have on here about it.... it seems as though nobody really has anything positive to say about rogaine. I know dr lees stuff is better but all I read about are sheds and skin irritation to whoever uses minoxidil. I thought sheds weren't supposed to be very common.
also, because your hair grows in cycles do those that get sheds have them reoccur every few months? How common are the sheds? How long do they last?

The funny thing about shedding is that it does not affect everyone and those it does it affects differently.

In my case I shed pretty much every six months, for about a month, the other side of the coin is that about three months later I get crazy amounts of growth (I'm noticing a three month cylcle of shedding and strong growth).

On the question of minoxidil, well mainly it's not very popular becasue it's a hassle though it does work for a lot of people.
