I started taking dutasteride about 8 months ago and I completely stopped thinking about my hairloss as dutasteride gave me peace of mind. My hair during this time has felt much thicker as well. About 5 days ago I started taking a men's multivitamin to combat the side effects I was getting only recently (brain fog, fatigue and lower erection quality). I asked for a multivitamin with natural estrogen blockers in it because I think these side effects were due to increased estrogen levels, and after taking them I feel my erections are stronger and my mind is clearer. After the first day of taking them, I noticed my hair felt a little thinner and I feel like I'm shedding a bit more. It sounds a bit much that this happened after not even 24 hours. Now I don't know if I'm just overthinking things or this is just a coincidence or whatever, but is there any way a multivitamin could cause this?
