I can see stop shedding hair this morning I kept pulling at my hair and hair would not stop falling out. What should I do? This what my sink looked like when I was done tugging at my hair.

Ok thanks it's just the amount of hair fall I see this morning put me into panic mode going see dermatologist soon so hopefully I can get some medication
