Shed a little today/yesterday- just completed 3rd month

Is this normal?
Wierd my shedding has decreased unbeliavably..yet yesterday and today everytime i do a tug test in the back of my head, i have a hair in my hand.
I dunno maybe ive been a little too delicate with my hair lately and havent been scrubbing as much as usually do in the shower

Or maybe the hairs are shedding after the 3 months from when i initially started the minoxidil which in that case reflects regrowth and a new cycle, which would be good..

Any opinions guys?

Might be a new cycle. I wouldn't put too much thought into it unless it continues for a while. I don't freak until things get cosmetically damaging lol.

Gentleness may be a factor. I noticed that if I don't shower one day or don't wash my hair then I loose more hairs while lathering than normal the next day.
