I did bic it off earlier in the morning, the pics was taken a few hours later so there's stubble. My lips are big so that's why it looks like that.

If you don't plan any treatment or hair transplant in the future, laser hair removal of this island may be an option worth considering

You have the head shape for a shaved head. If you're going to do it, you should get rid
of the shadow.

You're definitely at the right age to get regrowth back. Some guys are too old, unfortunately, and
cannot regrow hair.

Two options:

1- Start treatments and then later opt for hair transplant surgery.
2- Get a tan and find a way to get rid of that island. Also grow your beard out.

Not a bad look, add some facial hair and make sure the island isn't apparent. You have a good head shape for being bald.

You could try shaving it with a very good razor blade and if there's anything left you could plant some microfibers between the island and the rest of the follicles.
