The best shampoo's I have found to use on the off days when you are not using your anti dandruff stuff is:

Biotin Shampoo from Nexus and conditioner

Crew for men revitalizing shampoo.

I have spent a ton of money on overated crap that did not do what it was supposed to do such as Thicker fuller hair line, Vive for men from Loreal and Garnier Fructose. Try the above I love them.

The one that works best for me is Head & Shoulders Intensive Treatment, the only H&S that has Selenium rather than Zinc.

yea I always liked the Nexus stuff too. Try Diametress by Nexus. It's their version of a thickening shampoo and in my opinion it's the only one that seems to work.

"Thickening" shampoos always seem to make my hair look like sh*t. Sure, my hair might feel 'thicker', but they always leave so much buildup in my hair that it weighs it down and tends to bring out a curliness to my hair that I really don't care for. It reminds me of that Seinfeld episode when they got low-pressure showerheads installed in their apartments and couldn't rinse out their hair all the way. Awful. And, it just feels dirty, crusty, at the end of the day.

I think shampoos are really a matter of what works for each person's individual hair. Lighter, simpler shampoos seem to work better for me. I'm an Infusium 23 man, its my base non-medicated shampoo and it seems to leave my hair feeling clean, smooth to the touch, and not weighed down. Much cheaper than the salon sh*t, too.
