Neutrogena T-GEL greasy hair (european version) which contains piroctone olamine. It soothes the scalp and reduces immunal responce and the male pattern baldness imflammation. It can have positive effect on hair growth and is excellent cosmetically. If you live in the US it might be hard to get it because you have to order it from EU.

There are some studies compairing keto, PO and zinc shampoos and PO turns out to be the best, but I've seen them on an other forum
