Im 24 and Im in early stages of male pattern baldness. Temples receding, diffuse on top. I started doing 1mg finasteride a week ago. Didnt notice any side effect so far(and tbh, I dont really give a f*** about those kind of sides, I would not stop if I noticed something which I didnt so far )

For now I'm not really into minoxidil for various reasons(hard to incorporate into routine, wrinkle reports from users, low efficacy compared to finasteride)

Im looking for shampoos that can help a bit regrowing my hair. So, my scalp and hair is pretty oily, and I have dandruff sometimes. I guess Ketoconazol is a good option here as it also helps in hair loss. My question is about %. Should I use 1 or 2%? There are some other ingredients which might help a bit too(caffeine, green tea cathequins, saw palmetto). Should I give it a try?
Tldr Which shampoo(s) are best to regrow my hair, knowing that no shampoo will do miracles? Price doesnt really matter, but dont want to waste money either.

To be honest; you're doing the most important thing by taking finasteride. You did well to get on it early on. Nizoral 1% can't hurt a couple of times a week I guess. Realistically, that's about it, minus minoxidil, which it sounds like you don't need at the moment.

I was thinking about Lipogaine shampoos. Both the golden and purple label, on alternate days, The golden one has ketoconazol 1%, while the purple is more plant-based.

What do you think? Are there better options?

EDIT: Or may be I will choose the Regenepure kit (http://www.regenepure.com/regenepure-kit-with-conditioner.html). Idk, there are so many brands of hair-loss shampoos :(

Well, shampoos are not so important in this fight. Maybe go to nizoral 2% and on other days some natural shampoo, that is less harsh for the skin. Minoxidil gives your scalp a lot of damage. I am using jason tea tree oil shampoo and it smells nice, feels good and also gets me rid of dandruff.

Shampoos are just what you look like using like something cheap. nizoral or something is fine. Honestly hair loss shampoos are just a scam on dumb people to charge really high prices for something that simply cleans your hair. I dont think any of them help with hair loss.
