Shampooing Before Minoxidil

Would ingredients like salicylic acid(anti-dandruff) which help loosen dead skin, or ketoconazole, found in shampoos effect the absorption or efficacy of Minoxidil liquid?

They increase absorption rates slightly, especially if your scalp is damp when you apply it. But minoxidil will be absorbed by your scalp regardless of what you do. Time increases absorption way more than anything else.
