shampoo rotation?

nizoral 2% every other day followed by conditioner
jason thin to thick on non-nizoral days
is this a good routine?

on a side note, i felt nizoral was frying my hair, like i had a mop of wisp, so i stopped for about a week. in that time, i was losing a lot more hair in the shower. i dont know if its because i stopped nizoral or if its a propecia shed (im at month 8, still recedeeing, thought i was gaining thickness til this past week) or something else. i just hope it grows back in thicker.

friday: go to the pub and get drunk

weekend: swap the rule around for a more even distribution

so...

mon: Nizoral

tue: T/Gel

wed: Nizoral

sun: T/Gel

we've got 4x330ml cans of carlesberg export for £2.48 (current exchange rates that's around $40,000) at my local 'Tesco' supermarket :freaked: :lol:

Ah the Keystone Light.. I myself am also in Texas (Houston) and very familiar w/ the KL.

Made by Coors if I'm not mistaken. Tastes like water with beer mixed into it.

I would switch nizoral and your other everyday shampoo to Tgel and something else every 3- 4months so your body doesnt get used to the same sh*t all the time....just my 2 cents
