http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rhinophyma

Rhinophyma is a descriptive term for a large, bulbous, ruddy appearance of the nose caused by granulomatous infiltration. This is commonly due to untreated rosacea.

No known factor is known to cause this disease. It was once thought to be caused by alcohol consumption but that has proven to be false. It is derived from the Greek rhis ('nose') and phyma ('growth'). Rhinophyma may be diagnosed without testing, but a skin biopsy can confirm the diagnosis. Surgical treatment may be beneficial.

thanks. I read somewhere that azelaic acid treats Rosaecea. I have a red face, and my nose is too bulb shaped, so I'd like to get some.

here is what body shop said about the ginger shampoo:

There is less that 1% of Piroctone Olamine in the Ginger Scalp Care Shampoo, it's function is to assist with dry, flaky and irritated scalps. We could not promise or guarantee that it would assist with hair growth.
------------------------------

The piroctone olamine shampoo that did as well as Nizoral had 0.75% Piroctone Olamine, and 2 or 3 % salicilic acid. So I think it was TGel Greasy. The TGel costs almost 3x as much as the Ginger shampoo.

So the TGel is probably proven, but I'm getting the ginger shampoo.

and from my experience looking at other content reports, if there is less than 0.5%, they say so. So most likely the ginger shampoo is between 0.5 and 1%, and is the same 0.75% as the TGel, which also would say less than 1%, but won't even disclose that.

Nizoral is not as strong as dutasteride. It was compared to minoixidil 1x per day, not 2x per day. I wonder what Tricomin was compared to.
