Hello everyone :)

Couple questions that I hope you guys can help me out with.

My current regimen is Rogaine twice a day, Nizoral once every three days, and Bosely shampoo and conditioner once every three days. I used to wash my hair everyday with Bosely shampoo and conditioner but it really dried out my hair and I don't think there were any results. I now don't wash my hair everyday because I don't really think it's to healthy to strip all the oils out of your scalp everyday. I started Bosely last year during the summer because my mother starting noticing thinning and hair loss around my cowlick. But I don't think it has really done anything other then really dry out my hair when ever I use it.

So I am thinking of stopping Bosely.
What are some good light weight shampoos and conditioners that are good for dry scalps?
Also is it good to use a conditioner after using Nizoral Shampoo? Because Nizoral also really dries out my hair.

Pics attached are my progress photos. Only been on the regimen for about a month and a half now basically no results as of now. Last one is the most recent with brushed hair so it probably looks better then it should.

Thanks for reading.

Tar based shampoo may be a thought if you believe in the inflammatory/auto-immune theory of male pattern baldness.

Im actually trying to look for a shampoo and conditioner that doesn't necessarily target hair loss but something that doesn't have harsh chemicals that can damage hair. Something mild that I can use on off days from Nizoral that won't over dry my hair. The thing is my hair is REALLY dry after using Bosely shampoo and conditioner as well as after I use Nizoral shampoo.

Another question I have, is it okay to use a conditioner after Nizoral? Will it affect the effectiveness of Nizoral if I did? I'm asking this because my hair gets really dry and frizzy after I use Nizoral.

Thanks for all the help guys.
