Shake Your Head For 1 Minute. How Many Hairs?

I’ve worn a hat for the past 8 hours and I got 31 . I’m not sure how bad this is, but I think normally I get around 20ish.

All I did was aggressively shake my head all over into the sink.

How many do you guys get?

0. I can pull on my hair and get none. I rarely see loose hairs yet I definitely am thinning. Especially at the vertex and diffusing at the front over the last 5 years or so. Very slowly. Sometimes I wonder if it's actually DHT related. But I've got miniaturisation so it must be

I guess not. I'm 52 and probably a norwood 2v, if there is such a thing. Still sucks. I always thought I'd keep it, because it was so thick.

Nothing except minoxidil for 7 weeks and starting to roll with 1.5mm once every two weeks.

If i shake my head for 1 minute, i think i dont see hair falling more than 2 or 3. but i definitely get headache. haha..

No I meant shake your hair with your hand haha. I couldn’t shake my head around for a minute without falling over lol.

Oh, in that case, 40/50ish I guess, maybe a bit more. Depends on what I’ve done with my hair that day. If I just showered and styled it, it would be less of course since most of it would be in the sink or drain then.
