Severe Itching With Hairfall, male pattern baldness Or Something Else ?

Hi, I am 24 year old male, I am having severe itches in my scalp since past 3 years, with some visible hair fall.
This (pics attached) is now the condition of my scalp, what does it look like ? I have also visited a few dermatologists in this period, none of them were able to accurately deduce the root cause of itching..
FIRST OF ALL - how bad the hair loss is ? and SECONDLY ? WTH am I suffering with ? Is this male pattern baldness or something else ? Kindly help.

Well, 99% cases of hair loss in men are associated with male pattern baldness. And as for the itching, many people (including my self) with male pattern baldness report that they a severe itch especially at the top and front. What is your family history with baldness?

Nobody in my family is bald , even my 80+ year old grand parents have better hair thn me.

One more thing to note is, hairline is not receeding in my case, and the itching happens all over the scalp, including the sides , and a lot of dandruff is visible after shampoo , but before shampoo none is visible... Any opinion is appreciated .

Maybe it's just fungal infection. Try applying apple cider vinegar and the hair fall should stop and hair should grow back if this is the case.

This, and the fact that you mentioned even your grandpa has a full head of hair, tells me that youve probably got something other than male pattern baldness.
